Open the Book, Lower the Blind Undated
Hyunbo (Kim Sung Eun)
About the work
"Open a book, and the spirit roams a thousand years past; lower the blind, and the body dwells among ten thousand mountains." Four great characters distilled from a couplet by the Joseon master calligrapher Kim Jeong-hui (Chusa), the full lines running beside in cursive.
